About
Name: Eric Levanduski
Gender: Male (He/His/Him) [Definitely Not A Cylon] 10/26/90 Business Analyst I've been a nerd my whole life. I've been playing computer games ever since Apple II's in my elementary school got Oregon Trail on them. My early childhood became the Putt-Putt games, Backyard Baseball, Raptor:Call of the Shadows, and The Incredible Machine 2. Not long after that I was playing Big Game Hunter maps in Starcraft. My real passion for games came in the form of Battlefield 1942. It was in the crucible of this CTF server (The Dawg PWND) where I truly fell in love with PC gaming. I played there for probably 5? 6? years with a group of regulars. Never before in my life had I known of the social aspect of gaming. It was around this time I also met friends who were into RPGs. I'd play Neverwinter Nights with my pals on various servers. (No coincidence that I started playing D&D in real life at this time too!) Any time I wasn't playing an RPG, I was probably playing DOTA. I kinda took a break in college from playing a heavy amount of video games and started playing board games. I'm always interested in finding new games that synthesize their competitive and social components be it in cyber or meat space. Now that I am older, I've begun branching into GMless RPGs and Story Games and have never been happier. |
